Flat Rock Scorpion

The Flat Rock Scorpion, supposedly the longest scorpion in the world, is a wonderful species for a beginner, intermediate keeper, or an advanced collector. It's a large, long-lived scorpion unlike any other. It's body is shaped to fit into the cracks and crevices almost any rock. Flat Rock Scorpions will almost never sting somebody, but will not hesitate to pinch. Certain people claim to handle their Flat Rock Scorpions, but you shouldn't go by those guidelines. There are many different color variations of the Flat Rock Scorpions. This may have something to do with the different locations the scorpions are caught in. Due to their high appeal, Flat Rock Scorpions are scorpions that dealers, pet shops, etc. try to obtain and breed. Flat Rock Scorpions are a common sight in captive collections, and those are some of the reasons why!
